District Court Trustee of the 9th Judicial District was established in 1986. Trustee serves children and families in both Harvey and McPherson counties. Trustee provides enforcement and modification services on child support orders filed in the District Court of Harvey County, Kansas and the District Court of McPherson County, Kansas ( 9th Judicial District). Also, Trustee assists parties in obtaining reimbursement from the nonpaying parent of uninsured health care costs of their children and provides enforcement services on spousal support (alimony) orders. Parties are automatically entitled to Trustee’s services in all support order cases filed in this District Court except for cases where child support rights are assigned to the Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services (SRS), now known as Department for Children and Families (DCF). However, in these cases you may have the right to terminate this government assignment and obtain Trustee’s services. Please contact Trustee for more information.

Trustee is approved by all District Court Judges of Harvey and McPherson counties. Trustee’s staff is experienced and professional. You will receive personal contact and service. Trustee is self-supporting without any federal and state funding. Trustee has proven to be an effective and affordable method for support enforcement.
